Please note that shipping charges include post, packing and insurance and are calculated on gross weight of goods.

Billing and Shipping Addresses

We need both the Billing and Shipping address for all orders.  Please notify us if the Shipping Address is the same as the Billing Address.

The delivery times for on-line orders:

• Ireland: 10 working days
• UK: 10 working days
• USA: 3-6 weeks

We send you a confirmation e mail after processing the order through our system and we send you a copy of your receipt at the same time.

Breakages

All breakages to be reported within 5 days of receiving order
